Education in Gastronomy: a taste of passion?
16th and 17th of November 2009 - Lausanne, Switzerland
The Mayor of Lausanne, Mr. Brélaz, invite the member cities of Délice to the upcoming Délice meeting “Education in Gastronomy: a Taste of Passion?” This meeting will be held in Lausanne on November 16-17.
These two days will be an opportunity to discuss together the topics of education and gastronomy from the perspective of the transmission of know-how and the stimulation of creativity. Conferences, round tables as well as student’s testimonies will follow one another on Monday November 16.
On Tuesday November 17, a working session on the Leonardo Project is planed as well as the presentation of school’s good practices.
During these two days, some innovative concepts implemented in Lausanne in the fields of hospitality and gastronomy will be presented to the participants.
